Ok... we all know that the existing mini is in a baaaaaaad way.

So until we get our new park lets get it sorted... Colin is cool with us doing it ourselves..

So what about this idea...

With all the great publicity about to come our way, now is the time to contact local businnesses to help out. I am thinking of woodyards (or even B&Q etc) for all the materials and maybe a tool hire place for all the kit... Free of charge!

What we can offer them in return is some great publicity (B&Q help local skaters etc etc)

Trev and me are up for a spot of woodwork and I am sure there will be others??????

Lets do it...

I think that if it was re-skinned you would get more 'older' skaters down there (the uni guys etc).... This is a GOOD thing because at the mo its only used by the kids and some of them have had trouble from older non-skating skumbags... The presence of a few older dudes will help methinks.

Ha ha.... you might even get the REALLY old duffrs down there showing you young whippersnappers our old-school moves

Niiice

Looks like it needs 12 8x4 ft sheets of marine ply.

I have asked my friend to get a quote ... hopefully £0.00 :-)

PS I do a mean roll-in to broken ribs.... not sure I want to show you that one any time soon.
