Just working my way through the application and I saw that planning permission needs to be obtained prior to submitting the application.
This is something of a big snag in my eyes, i'm not sure on planning permission but I imagine that's going to take a while to get sorted, thus delaying how soon we can get this sent off.
Correct me if i'm wrong but to get planning permission we're going to need some designs so they can be approved so is it time someone starts getting hold of some designers and getting some designs knocked out?

I was under the impression that we're all good for planning permission as it's the council u need it from and they're the ones who initiated the whole thing :-)
