Have just been to forum to have a look, cant open the file as its a .docx file, am guessing its coz you are using Office 2007 and they give you 3 million file extensions you can use, is it poss you can re-save as a word.doc document? and then re-post?

I thought you did a great job, especially pinning down the things we agreed to do (along with Ant). I think it is all too easy to come along to the meetings and shout out ideas, but what we need is the commitment to step forward and put them into action.

Well I must say your minutes are looking veeerrrry proffesional up on the website! I am seriously impressed!!
Considering that you told me that you have never done minutes before they reeeeeely are exceptionally good.

You have made clear concise notes and have captured not only the most relevent points but all ideas considered during the whole of the meeting, not even the best minutes secretaries can manage that!Are you sure you're not a 'secret secretary', if not you perhaps should be!!
I also think it needs saying that the way in which you determinedly, and against all distraction! tried to sum up at the end of the meeting and get everyone back on track, and ascertaining who was going to do what -  showed strong meeting skills.
